Witnessing Beauty grew from my work in yoga therapy, integrative mental health, and trauma-informed education. Over the past decade, I have developed trainings and learning experiences that bring together neuroscience, contemplative traditions, embodied learning, and practical application.
This training reflects what I have learned through teaching, clinical work, continuing education, and ongoing study. Rather than focusing on yoga poses alone, Witnessing Beauty explores how yoga can support awareness, relationship, learning, nervous system health, and meaningful human connection.
As the creator and lead teacher of the program, I teach the core curriculum and continue to refine the training alongside each cohort. Many participants arrive wanting to understand how these ideas translate into the work they already do. Throughout the training, we explore how trauma-informed principles, nervous system awareness, movement, reflection, and embodied learning can be thoughtfully integrated into client care, education, group facilitation, healthcare, and community-based practice. We work with real-world examples, discussion, and case studies that continually bring us back to the question: What might this look like in practice?
More than anything, I hope this training helps you deepen your understanding of yoga, develop confidence in your own approach, and discover ways of working, teaching, and supporting others that feel authentic to who you are and the communities you serve.
