Live Virtual Circle Cohorts
Sahavasa’s Contemplative Deathwork Circles offer six-month seasonal explorations of our own relationship with death and mortality.
Each circle creates space to spend time with themes such as attachment, change, grief, aging, identity, relationship, beauty, joy, belonging, meaning, remembrance, and the ordinary moments that shape our lives.
The work is trauma-informed, invitational, and reflective, with room for individual pace, curiosity, boundaries, and lived experience.
Each seasonal circle has its own emphasis, questions, practices, resources, and creative explorations. Participants may join the circle that speaks to them; the circles are not sequential and do not need to be taken together.
These offerings center on personal exploration and practice. Other Sahavasa work may extend into death tending, accompaniment, and relational care.
Details about schedule, tuition, and registration will be shared as each circle develops.
