If you have learned body-based skills through yoga or somatic training and would like to strengthen how those skills are used in professional care environments, this circle offers an ongoing space to explore their application in practice.

Circle sessions focus on how yoga-informed approaches may be introduced within therapeutic interactions to support regulation and presence.

How Each Session Works

Each month we work with a practice scenario drawn from therapeutic or care settings. The focus is on exploring how bottom-up, embodied skills may be selected, adapted, and introduced within the therapeutic relationship.

The case example will be shared with participants in advance so there is time to review and reflect before the gathering.

Sessions include:

  • A case example from a therapeutic or care setting
  • Exploration of possible embodied responses
  • Language, pacing, and scope considerations
  • Reflection, practice, and application
